Kensite announces major capital investment programme

Kensite Services Ltd, the hirer of mobile accommodation and storage units based in Atherton, Greater Manchester, has announced the first phase of a major capital investment programme following its acquisition by a consortium of local businessmen in September.

The business has a hire fleet of more than 1,200 cabins, toilet blocks and stores which are hired to customers throughout the North West of England.  Managing Director Steve Connelly explained “Our first task when we acquired the business was to assess the condition of the hire fleet.  That exercise has now been completed and resulted in us placing an order with our preferred cabin supplier, Knowsley-based, Eldapoint for an initial 38 new cabins and toilet blocks at a cost of £277,000”.

Operations Manager, John Horan added: “This order will be the first of many.  We understand that our customers demand modern accommodation that meets exacting environmental and health & safety standards.  We have listened to our customers and acted accordingly.  The first of these units should be delivered to customers this month”.
