SINGLE CABIN

Singular cabins placed on their own.

LINKED CABIN

Cabins are linked via a doorway between each unit. Links can be either 150mm or 300mm deep. Links can continue into several linked units, one in front of the other.

STACKED CABIN

Cabins stacked two high. Comes with one 13 tread staircase.

STACKED & LINKED CABIN

Linked between each stacked cabin. Units can be several links deep and can also be supplied with an additional 13 tread staircase for the rear unit, allowing for more entry/exits.

How quickly can Kensite deliver units?

We plan your welfare and workspace needs in advance to match your programme. However, we know projects can move fast. Planning ahead helps secure availability and ensures smoother mobilisation. Even so, our large modern fleet and efficient logistics allow us to handle short-notice requests. In most cases, we can deliver within a few working days.

What temporary welfare and workspace solutions do you provide?

We provide a full range of temporary welfare and portable workspace units. These include offices, canteens, drying rooms, toilet blocks, storage containers, sleeper units, and hybrid or eco-welfare options. We also supply fencing, lighting, power, and other site products and services. Whatever temporary workspace you need, Kensite can supply it.

Can I rent units for both short-term and long-term projects?

Yes. Kensite offers flexible rental terms for any project length—whether it’s a few weeks, several months, or a multi-year scheme. Many clients work with us through all stages of their mobilisation. From initial mobile welfare units to a complete site compound, we help maintain consistent welfare standards throughout.

What support is available once units are on site?

We support you throughout the project. Our team carries out planned servicing to prevent issues, and we also provide rapid response support when needed. If power or welfare functions are affected, we act quickly to fix the problem, keep you compliant, and ensure your teams are looked after.

More hybrid and eco options are continually being introduced. We invest in cleaner, smarter welfare solutions to help clients meet environmental goals without losing performance.

Our operations also include an electric vehicle fleet, such as our electric forklift truck, to reduce emissions. Our offices use 100% renewable electricity and have recently been upgraded with a full set of energy-efficient improvements.
