  • “Kensite” refers to the company providing site cabins, welfare units, and related services.
  • “Client” or “You” refers to any individual, company, or organization renting units or using our services.
  • “Units” refers to any cabins, welfare blocks, storage units, or additional assets supplied by Kensite.

2. Rental Terms

  • Units are hired on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
  • Rental charges commence from the date of delivery until the date of collection, regardless of actual use.
  • Clients must provide safe and accessible conditions for delivery, installation, and collection of units.

3. Payments

  • Invoices are issued in line with the agreed rental period (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
  • Payment terms are [insert number] days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges in accordance with UK late payment regulations.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Units must be used for their intended purpose and maintained in good condition.

5. Kensite Responsibilities

  • Kensite will deliver, install, and collect units as agreed with the Client.
  • All units are regularly maintained and comply with safety and welfare regulations.
  • Kensite provides 24/7 support, including assistance from our AI assistant Ken.

6. Cancellations & Termination

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least [insert number] days before scheduled delivery.
  • Kensite reserves the right to terminate rental agreements if units are misused, payments are not made, or terms are breached.

7. Liability

  • Kensite is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., weather, strikes, third-party failures).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
