Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a clear sales strategy aligned with company goals
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into emerging sectors
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align customer experience
  • Report directly to senior leadership with insights, forecasts, and performance metrics
