Kensite Supports GRS Contractors Across North Wales and the North West

Kensite has strengthened its relationship with leading civil engineering contractor GRS Contractors, providing rapid-response welfare and accommodation solutions across a growing portfolio of projects throughout North Wales and the North West.

The partnership began when GRS required a branded welfare cabin at short notice for a new Persimmon Homes development in North Wales. Following the company's recent rebrand, GRS wanted its site presence to reflect its evolving identity from day one. Kensite responded quickly, delivering a branded welfare unit and site hoardings that helped establish a professional and welcoming site compound.

Since then, the relationship has expanded across several major developments, including projects in Deeside, Omega Warrington and Standish. As GRS secured new contracts and continued its growth, Kensite has supported site mobilisation with welfare units, office accommodation, toilet facilities and compound infrastructure tailored to each project's requirements.

Adam Ormesher, Operations Manager at GRS Contractors, said:

"We needed a cabin on site quickly for a new job with Persimmon in North Wales, and Kensite got a branded unit in the compound looking spot on, hoardings and all. That set the tone for the site from day one. Since then we've used them on Deeside, then Omega Warrington, which was a big one for us. They've just delivered every time, whatever we've thrown at them."

One of the standout projects has been Omega Warrington, a flagship development for GRS and its first project with Miller Homes. With multiple contractors operating in close proximity, creating a professional site environment was a key priority from the outset. Kensite worked closely with the project team to ensure welfare and accommodation facilities reflected the high standards expected on site.
The partnership demonstrates Kensite's commitment to supporting contractors with flexible, responsive welfare solutions that can scale alongside project pipelines. From a single branded cabin in North Wales to double-stacked welfare units on larger schemes, Kensite has continued to deliver the facilities needed to keep projects moving.

Nick Arnold, Strategic Partnerships Manager at Kensite, said:

"GRS came to us needing a fast turnaround on a branded unit for a North Wales site start, and it's grown into one of our strongest relationships in the region. From that first cabin through to Omega Warrington and Standish, we've been ready whenever GRS needed to mobilise and make an impression. That's what we're here for."

As activity across the construction sector continues to increase, Kensite remains focused on helping contractors create safe, professional and productive site environments through high-quality welfare, accommodation and compound solutions.

Where there's a site, there's Kensite.
